Working Principle
The sedimentation centrifuge is a centrifugal device that separates suspensions using the principle of centrifugal sedimentation. The drum is non-perforated, eliminating the need for filter bags and filtering media. It has a high rotational speed and a large separation factor. The upper part is equipped with a closed cover, liquid discharge pipe, sight glass, and feed inlet, allowing for automatic liquid discharge with high production capacity, cleanliness, and simple structure, making it easy to operate. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, fully complying with GMP standards.
Main Applications
1. Chemical Industry: Gypsum, ammonium sulfate, ferrous sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additives, dyes, pigments, plastic raw materials, soap, fats, various resins, and other chemical products;

Principle of Plate Centrifuge
It uses centrifugal force to separate the components of mixtures of liquid and solid particles or liquid and liquid. The plate centrifuge is mainly used to separate solid particles from liquids in suspensions or to separate two immiscible liquids of different densities in emulsions.
Uses and Features of Plate Closed Centrifuge
The structure is designed reasonably, effectively eliminating sanitary dead corners.
