Working Principle
The centrifuge produced by our factory can clarify, dewater, or classify suspensions containing solid particles in the range of 0.002-3mm. The products can be divided into two main categories: LW two-phase separation and LWS oil-water-solid three-phase separation, each with multiple models available for selection based on different needs.
Applicable Scope
Treatment of industrial and domestic wastewater, starch washing and dewatering, soybean and grain protein dewatering, fish meal and fish meat dewatering, centrifugation of alcohol precipitates after plant extraction, shrimp oil and fish oil production, kitchen waste treatment, dewatering of distiller's grains, purification of fruit juice and dewatering of pulp fibers, separation of coal tar, preparation of humic acid, petroleum industry, etc.
Horizontal screw centrifuges can generally be divided into horizontal screw filter centrifuges and horizontal screw sedimentation centrifuges. Horizontal screw filter centrifuges are mainly used for dewatering salt products, while horizontal screw sedimentation centrifuges are a type of centrifuge that fully utilizes centrifugal force for separation and can continuously discharge solids.
